Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, discreet courier service. Delivery timescales may vary slightly due to carrier delays, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances outside our control.
You must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery, or that appropriate delivery instructions are provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In accordance with UK consumer law, prescription medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day right of return. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
